Em Pak is a multidisciplinary designer based in Brooklyn, New York. She lives to create perception-shifting experiences borne of human-centric design thinking, informed by research and strategy, and realized through immersive spatial design. Using thorough observation and tactful exploration, she begins any design problem with a deep consideration for the audience as the lens through which she envisions a new narrative.

With an emphasis on empathic theory and hospitality, and over 7 years working in the events industry, she is able to traverse seamlessly between designing technically in 2D, realizing in 3D and personally managing the installation of her visions onsite. Her knowledge of material properties, fabrication processes and event production allow her to design comprehensively from the overall concept to the final physical nailhead. Since receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, she has produced over 100 public art events in Times Square, designed events and experiences for The High Line, the Berggruen Institute honoring the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the National Football League and is always looking forward to the next design challenge.
